March 2026, Hangzhou. The global cosmetic raw material industry once again turned its eyes to PCHi. At this year’s PCHi, we appeared in a dual role: a professional effect pigment supplier and a global distributor of sustainable solutions. Booth 8K05 became a focal point of attention throughout the show – not only because of the concentrated display of our core series including MicaSub, HolloFine, JointMatt, JointSphere, IrisaFlair, and Ecoglitter, but also because of the engineering-level technical conversations we had with customers on site.

Technical Highlights: From Microstructure to Formulation Value

MicaSub Series:
A drop-in alternative solution with comparable performance and verifiable data. Replacing talc is not simply a matter of “swap one for another” – it requires comprehensive evaluation of safety, skin feel, cost, process compatibility, and other factors. For brands seeking a “talc-free” claim without compromising product experience, the MicaSub series is worth considering for formulation screening.

HolloFine Series:
50% usage, 100% brightness. This breakthrough in “lightweight + high coverage” attracted on-site sampling and testing by R&D personnel from multiple ODM companies and emerging brands.

EcoGlitter: 

The green answer under the microplastic ban. With the full implementation of the EU microplastic ban, our cellulose-based eco-glitter became a focus of attention for sustainable packaging and color cosmetics brands. Several Chinese brands planning to go global reached preliminary sample cooperation intentions on site.

During the exhibition, we received visits from over 200 corporate customers from Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Europe, and other regions. Among them:

• The formulation team of an international brand confirmed trial samples of HolloFine and JointMatt on site.

• Two Southeast Asian coatings companies entered technical discussions on cost optimization solutions.

• Several leading domestic ODM companies initiated replacement tests of the MicaSub series in pressed powders.
