From April 14 to 16, 2026, the much-anticipated in-cosmetics Global 2026 was held at the Paris Expo Porte de Versailles. As a premier global event for cosmetic and personal care ingredients, this year’s exhibition brought together nearly a thousand exhibitors and tens of thousands of professional visitors from around the world to explore cutting-edge trends and innovative technologies.
Jointcolor Group, a professional manufacturer of pearlescent pigments, showcased its core product portfolio at Booth 3G40, Hall 7.3, engaging in in-depth exchanges with global industry partners and presenting a vibrant display of color and innovation.
Over the three-day exhibition, Booth 3G40 remained a hub of dynamic conversation. As a company with years of experience in manufacturing pearlescent pigments and glitter, Jointcolor Group highlighted its pearlescent effect pigment series based on synthetic mica and natural mica, including core product lines such as MicaSub, HolloFine, JointMatt, IrisaFlair, OpticalFlair, and ColorFlair.
Our products cover a wide range of categories, from pearlescent pigments to glitter, and are widely used in color cosmetics, skincare, industrial coatings, printing inks, ceramics, packaging materials, and more. Notably, with the continued rise in global demand for color cosmetics, consumers are increasingly demanding higher color expression, luster, and safety in eye, lip, and face makeup products. This creates significant opportunities for high-performance pearlescent pigments. During the exhibition, formulators from several international color cosmetic brands visited our booth to evaluate the color performance and stability of our products in eyeshadows, blushes, highlighters, and other formulations.
For a long time, pearlescent pigments have often been seen as exclusive to color cosmetics like eyeshadows, blushes, and highlighters. However, at this exhibition, Jointcolor clearly conveyed a new message: pearlescent pigments also have broad and unique potential in base makeup and skincare.
At Booth 3G40, we highlighted our pearlescent pigment series suitable for the following categories:
Base Makeup: foundation, cushion BB, cream foundation, loose powder, pressed powder, setting powder, primer, concealer, etc.
Skincare: pearlescent cream, brightening lotion, body lotion, hand cream, serum, sunscreen, body wash, etc.
Our pearlescent pigments are made from high-quality synthetic mica and natural mica substrates using precise coating processes. They deliver naturally translucent soft-glow effects, delicate luster, and lightweight, non-whitening visual enhancement for base makeup and skincare products, while maintaining excellent skin feel and adhesion.
In base makeup formulations, pearlescent pigments do far more than add shine. When applied properly, they can:
Soft-focus pores and fine lines: Through fine light scattering, they visually smooth skin imperfections for a more natural, flawless finish.
Enhance skin texture: Provide a subtle “barely-there” radiance in foundations or cushions, avoiding an exaggerated glittery look.
Create dimensional base makeup: When used sparingly in loose or pressed powders, they achieve both natural setting and brightening effects.
During the exhibition, many international brand formulators visited our booth to inquire about pearlescent pigment solutions suitable for long-wear foundations and soft-focus setting powders, showing strong interest in dispersibility, migration resistance, and lightweight skin feel.
With the rise of trends like “clean beauty” and “bare-faced radiant skin,” the application of pearlescent pigments in skincare is growing rapidly. Our pearlescent pigments bring the following benefits to creams, lotions, and body care products:
Instant visible radiance: Create a natural, luminous “native glow” with fine pearlescent effects.
Enhanced premium perception: A subtle pearl-like sheen in the product texture elevates visual appeal and luxury feel.
Safe and gentle: Made with cosmetic-grade synthetic mica, low heavy metal content, suitable for sensitive skin and facial care products.
At the exhibition, we set up product demonstrations that visually compared the luster differences and application effects of various pearlescent pigments in cosmetics, attracting many professional visitors to experience them firsthand.
Throughout the exhibition, Booth 3G40 welcomed numerous professional visitors from Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia. The booth featured live demonstrations of several pearlescent pigments in real-world applications – from delicate, soft pearl luster to bold metallic effects – earning wide recognition for their performance in color cosmetic formulations.
The three-day journey in Paris came to a successful close. We extend our heartfelt thanks to every industry partner, technical expert, and business friend who visited our booth. It is your attention and trust that enable Jointcolor to keep moving forward on the path of global growth.
We look forward to meeting you again at the next event.
